Shipped, dated, in plain words.

Roy improves most days — often through its own product council proposing a change and its builder writing it, with a person signing off twice. This is the list, newest first. Anything here is in the current build.

The money desk

Bills, subscriptions, receipts and payees, read from your bank, card and merchant feeds and put in the queue with the evidence. Every payment is a draft; two approvals above a threshold; a payee whose bank details change needs a phone verification and two approvals for 30 days. Invoices go out as payment links and get chased. Expense claims with a policy check. Books mirrored from QuickBooks or Xero, entries proposed only for what the books lack, pushed only on accept, and a monthly close pack. Wallet payouts through the same checks. A won deal proposes its first invoice; a paid invoice proposes the project milestone as done. Off until you grant it. Personal · Work · Enterprise

Auto brain, eight providers, a brain per specialist

Claude, ChatGPT, DeepSeek, GLM, Kimi, Qwen, MiniMax and an optional private provider, each called directly on your own key. Leave the brain on Auto and Roy picks the model per request. The research pod, the trading desk and the builder can each run on a different one.

Accounts, organizations, roles

Sign in with a password, a one-time code, a passkey, or Microsoft / Google. Change your sign-in address with a code to the new one. Organizations with owners, admins and members; invites by code; a playbook of what each role's Roy may do; finance roles for company money; support access you grant and revoke; export or delete everything from Settings. Sales: the history sweep, and new accounts from inbound mail

Create an account, deal or contact and Roy pulls in everything it already holds about them. Inbound mail from a company you haven't filed proposes a new account. The commercial office itself — pipeline, proposals, training tracking, HubSpot mirror with drafted pushes — shipped the same day.

Projects: the history run

On day one, months of mail, chats, calendar and documents become projects — filled in, dated, evidence-linked. Follows the project office from the 18th: dependencies, RAID, ripple-and-baseline, status updates as drafts, templates, CSV import, a mirror into your notes.

The learning loop

Everything you do in Roy is a signal; each night a learned profile distills how you write, defer, focus and follow up. Drafts take your voice. Suggestions — focus blocks, heads-ups, tidy-ups, calls to make — wait on Home. Settings → Learning shows exactly what Roy thinks it knows.

Calls, Research, and one shell for every page

The Calls page became a command center: two-sided transcripts, live call tools, outreach calls. Research became a daily brief — claim, why it matters, how many sources agree. Library, Drafts and Settings were rebuilt around one list, one card, no dialogs; drafts can be approved straight from the chat.

Earlier: the Home command center (15 Sep), the Home Hub for the house (Sep), People across every channel (Aug–Sep), Deep Work lanes (Jul–Sep), the inbox triage agent (Sep), calls with an in-call responder (Jun), the trading desk (Jul), the research desk (Jul), and the first version — chat, approvals, mail, calendar, notes — in June 2026.

Every one of these landed as a draft you'd approve.
