What it does
- Ingest the evidence. Mail, Teams, calls, meetings and notes matched to the right project and linked automatically.
- Propose the changes. Status moves, date slips, new owners, new items, each citing the evidence it came from. You accept, edit or dismiss.
- Keep the RAID log. Risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, blockers, with severity driving the health signal.
- Timeline and critical path. Baselines locked, slippage measured against them.
- Draft the updates. Per project and the exec roll-up: headline, health, what changed, what's next, decisions needed.
- Chase politely. An email draft to whoever owns the thing that's late.
