What it does
- Triage every thread. Overdue, needs a reply today, this week, prep, watching, housekeeping. With a reason, not a score.
- Draft in your voice. Replies, reply-alls, forwards with a covering note. Saved straight to Outlook Drafts for one-click send.
- Pull the facts out. Amounts, vendors, order numbers, travel details, dates, extracted from receipts and confirmations so you don't open them.
- Track what you're owed. Sent mail that never got an answer comes back as a nudge.
- Route it. Things that belong to someone else get a forward drafted to the right owner.
